ACT | SAT Testing

Students who need a fee waiver can send an email to B.R.A.C.E. Advisor Ms. Cruz. Those that have not done the free lunch application will not qualify for the testing fee waiver.

Be sure to list Deerfield Beach High (school number is 100380) as the current school or DBHS will not get test scores and cannot give testing credit towards graduation.

*To meet the testing requirements for the FSA/FSAA ELA test students need to get a 480 or higher on the EBRW portion of the SAT or a 17.5 or higher on BOTH the reading and English section of the ACT.

*To meet the testing requirements for the FSA/FSAA Algebra E.O.C. test students need to get a 420 or higher on the Math portion of the SAT or a 16 or higher on Math section of the ACT.

Students who need assistance registering for the SAT or ACT may visit the Counselor Office and/or B.R.A.C.E. Office for help. Deerfield Beach High School does not host either exams. So when registering for the test, students should register the closest high school offering the test.
