There are many questions surrounding how student athletes manage their time. Being mentally and physically ready will prepare a student for the early mornings and late nights, homework, and game day pressure. All of this can be very stressful, but many student athletes push through to reach their goal.

There is many ways that student’s athlete balances their time, such as having an organized schedule, having good time management, having good communication, and having proper nutrition.
