Semester Exam Sign-Out Forms need to be picked up today, December 10^th if students expect to submit one before the 2:45 p.m. deadline tomorrow. The Gold forms can be picked up in student affairs, guidance, front office, and the welcome center or printed from the school’s website. But. the completed forms must be accompanied by a clear copy of the parent and/or guardian I.D. to Mr. Smith in Student Affairs tomorrow, December 11^th.

Winter E.O.C.s and Civics make up test lists have been posted in front of the media center on the trophy cases. Make up testing resumes today, December 11^th and those students listed should already be in testing room-240. Teachers double-check your email from Ms. Wilson to see if you have a student that needs to be sent.

All students should be wearing their Buck Pride Lanyards with School I.D.s around their necks. First period teachers should do a check now, and those students that do not have an I.D. psychically with them should be sent down to Student Affairs.

Midterm exams start Tuesday, December 17^th with fifth and sixth period tests. Those students who are planning to leave early or not coming to school due to exemptions need to follow Broward County’s attendance rules.

This is the last week Deerfield Beach High will be allowing backpacks or any large bags on campus. Clear bags and Ziploc bags will be permitted during Midterm Exam Week.

S.G.A.’s Winter Spirit Week is coming to a close but students can still participating by wearing all Green Attire tomorrow, December 12^th followed by Pajama Day on Friday, December 13^th.

Exam Exemption database is open for teachers to finalize exam grades. Students must check with their teachers to see if they have been exempted before Monday, December 16^th.

The Free Neighborhood Market drive-thru will take place today, December 11^th at 2:45 p.m. by Beach House.

D.B.H.S. will be offering Algebra 1 E.O.C. tutoring in room 235 today, December 11^th. This review session will be held after school from 2:45 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. as the last one for 2024. All tutoring will resume in January.

It’s All-Star time, and the best of the best in Broward County have been practicing for the Annual All-Star Game this week. Select Deerfield Football Players, Marching Bucks, and Beach Girlz have been invited to showcase their talent at Nova High School tomorrow, December 12^th at 7:00 p.m.

Senior class is hosting their next Monthly “Senior Gathering” event this weekend. Join them at The Rink on the Beach in Pompano on Saturday, December 14^th starting at 6:00 p.m. for an adult public skate. Admission is $22.00 for people who need to rent their ice skates and $17.00 for people who bring their own skates.

Civics Exam will be happening again in the 240-Testing starting on Friday, December 13^th. The yellow makeup list is posted for U.S. Government students to check in the main mall if they are scheduled at 7:40 a.m. this week.

Winter E.O.C. testing resume tomorrow, December 12^th for students to meet their graduation requirements. A list of makeup testers for the 7:40 a.m. test session in 240-testing center is posted in the main mall on light blue paper for students who need U.S. History, Biology, Geometry and/or Algebra One.
