Final Quarter of the school year
As the third quarter was coming to an end, there were internet issues throughout the county, and Pinnacle was either nonresponsive or glitchy for most students, teachers, and staff. As a result, Broward County Public Schools decided to extend the deadline for grades to be sent to the district to March 31st at 5 pm.
Teachers throughout the county received additional time to input their student’s third-quarter grades into Pinnacle. Some teachers even gave their students their week off from Spring Break to complete any missing assignments.
The fourth and final quarter of the 2020-21 school year has officially begun. This school year has been a rocky one, but it is nearing the end. Testing season is approaching, so teachers are now finishing preparing their students to ace their exams in May.
