Online Grades & Attendance

The Focus Parent Portal is a gateway to staying connected with your student’s educational journey at Deerfield Beach High School. The portal will allow parents/guardians to monitor their student’s academic progress, stay informed of upcoming Deerfield Beach High and/or Broward County Public School events, plus allow communication directly teachers.

See a student’s performance through Single Sign-On link. After reviewing the link if parents should have any questions and would like a parent/teacher conference contact the school counselor to schedule a conference.

To create a new Parent Portal account:

• A valid email address associated on file with the school(s) for your student(s)

*If you have multiple students, each student must have the same email address associated with you

• Your name must be an exact match to the name on file with the school(s) for your student(s)

• Connecting each of your enrolled students will require the following information:

• Student’s full name

• Student’s ID number (begins with ‘06′)

• Student’s date of birth

Considerations

• The User ID and password confidentiality is crucial – Do NOT give to other people.

• Allow teachers turn around time to enter grades.

• This is a privilege for parents to monitor their child’s progress. Any misuse or abuse of this account will result in denial of access.

• Missing assignments may be calculated in a variety of ways. Check with your child and/or their teacher for the particular policy in the class.
