The NFL playoffs road to the Superbowl

As the NFL regular season slips away and teams vie for playoff positions, we are coming closer to the final big game of the season week by week. Most teams that made the playoffs last year are not making the playoffs this year.

For example, the San Francisco 49ers as they did beat the Detroit Lions in the NFC championship they are quarterback Brock Purdy led them to a 17-point comeback late in the game-winning 34-31 advancing to the Super Bowl they lost to Patrick Mahomes, and the Chiefs in overtime losing 22-25 This year the 49ers have a very upsetting 5-6 while they are dealing with many injuries, as both the lions and chiefs have a record of 11-1. The Chiefs have won the last 2 Super Bowls. They are looking to win their third game in a row. They will be the first to do it in NFL history.

Several teams are predicted to be strong contenders for the NFL playoffs like the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Detroit Lions all have secured playoff spots while teams like the Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the San Francisco 49ers are still in the bubble to the make the playoffs Teams like the New England patriots, New York Jets, Chicago Bears, Clevland browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, Carolina Panthers, and New York giants have all been eliminated from the playoffs.

“I excited for the high stakes every game is a win or go home scenario this makes the players bring their best to games which makes them fun to watch,” sophomore Jadden Perdomo said

While some teams are facing rebuilding time and some are in a proven position, the 2025 playoffs will be a fun and exciting tournament to watch and experience.
