● Makeups

The second week of December will host Makeups for P.M. 2, FAST E.L.A. and/or Civics at 7:40 a.m. for students to meet their graduation requirements. A list of makeup testers starting on Wednesday, December 11^this posted in the main mall on bright pink paper for students.

● Midterm Exam

Students may take up to two midterm semester exams daily during Tuesday, December 17^th through Friday, December 20^th altered bell schedule. Lunch will be only a grab-and-go on semester exam days with a 11:40 a.m. dismissal. Those students who have parent permission to enter and/or leave campus must complete Semester Exam Sign-Out Form for those that have exempted their exams. The Gold forms have been placed in student affairs, guidance, front office, and the welcome center.

*Forms have to be filled out entirely and be accompanied by a clear copy of the parent/guardian legal I.D. when returning ONLY to Mr. Smith in Student Affairs by Thursday, December 12^th at 2:45 p.m.

● Exam Exemption Process

Students need to read the exam exemption information carefully, as only one response will be accepted before the hard 11:45 p.m. deadline on Monday, December 9^th.

Exam exemptions will be completed using this Microsoft Form Link.

1. 1. 1. Students must be logged into their Clever account in order to access the form.
    2. The exam exemption window will open on Wednesday, December 4^th, at 7:00 a.m.
    3. The last day to complete the exam exemption form is Monday, December 9^th, at 11:45 p.m.
