Herff Jones and StageClip’s New Graduation Offer

Since 2016, the company Herff Jones has been assisting Deerfield Beach Highschool with graduations. Items such as caps and gowns, class rings, class apparel, jewelry, and other graduation packages have been offered and sold to the school’s seniors to ensure they can commemorate their special day. A new way for graduates to remember the milestone of finishing high school is presented in collaboration with StageClip.

StageClip’s videos will involve the graduate walking down the stage with their diploma during the graduation ceremony. They will need the video and images imported to them. Afterward, it will be sent back with the clips fully edited, branded with the school’s logo, and other edits based on your personalization preferences. So far, with this method, the project has recognized 1.5 million graduates.

DBHS will have to pick out of two package options: “Grad Gift,” where StageClip will offer the opportunity to purchase the video of graduation for all your graduates at a discounted rate alongside additional add-on features, and “Celebration,” where graduates can buy their personalized StageClip on a secure website and StageClip handles all payments and communication. The school will receive profits from each StageClip purchased from above a certain number of students.

After an appointment has been booked, no other work will be required as StageClip promises to take responsibility for everything else that may come into play, such as orders, questions, and troubleshooting. StageClip also promises no commitment or risk on behalf of the school, no deposits, or upfront costs. Graduation season has come around, and the new collaboration promises to alleviate the work of reviving a one-of-a-kind digital keepsake to remember the special day.
