Expectations or the girls’ volleyball 26-27 season.

A new season is underway for the Deerfield Beach High School girls’ volleyball team. With a new season come new goals and expectations. With an overall record 9-11 and a 3-2 district record, the girls’ volleyball team wants to start off the 2026 season by improving and competing for a stronger position in districts. With a new season starting, this is giving players a chance for bigger roles. The expectations are high for this team has they are trying to make it a successful season.

“With this new season I am looking to improve and help my team have a more successful” Senior Yasmim Medeiros said

As the season moves forward, this team is focused on improving players as well as the team. These girl hard work and preparation will help them throughout the season. They are learning to work together more effectively on the court. As they face new challenges, they face new challenges; this team will improve and build up a stronger season.

“I think we have a lot of potential this year as we have been practicing hard,” Medeiros said.

This new competition will test how much they have improved. Each game gives the players a chance to build chemistry with their team and learn from the good and bad plays. The Bucks are focused this season by taking one game at a time while working hard to reach their goals. The Deerfield Beach girls’ volleyball team is ready to compete and work towards a successful season.
